50% Discount on a New Heating System

The California Energy Commission offers residences and small businesses up to 50% of the cost of a new heating or air conditioning system if it meets their standards for “emerging renewable technologies,” like solar heating, and more. Their program is called Emerging Renewables Buy-Down Program.
